Sonia Brill, LCSW is a Chopra Total Wellbeing Coach and psychotherapist who is passionate about introducing holistic healing tools into the traditional mental health model. She is a New York University graduate and for over twenty years, her clinical work has spanned from acute care to outpatient private practice. Using a holistic lens, Sonia currently provides personalized consultations that blend Western psychology with Ayurveda and yoga philosophy. She practices in the New York City area, where she also leads pranayama classes. Sonia is certified as an instructor of meditation and Ayurveda.
